What if we were in fact seeded by some space faring civilization long ago. I know it’s probably not the case, but still it’s fun to think about.

Let’s say that you and I are some genetic experiment left to its own devices on some backwater planet somewhere.

What if our creators left us somewhere so remote that they knew the possibility of us seeing another civilization in the night stars were slim? That’s what I would do if I was in charge of some massive breeding program for worlds across a galaxy.
